North Carolina State Championship Go Tournament
and 25th Annual Memorial Go Tournament

This is the annual State Championship to determine who is the strongest player in North Carolina, but players of all levels are encouraged to attend. Prizes wll be awarded to winners in all sections, from beginners to the strongest.

The Reedy Creek section of Umstead State Park is only accessible from I-40 exit 287 (N Harrison Ave). The US 70 entrance does not connect to the Reedy Creek section. Check-in at 8:30 AM. Round 1 begins at 9:00 AM, and the 4th round should be finished by 6 PM. This is an AGA tournament, which requires current AGA membership. Check www.usgo.org to verify your status prior to registration. You must live in North Carolina for at least 2 months of the past year to qualify as State Champion. The entry fee is $30, discounted to $15 for those younger than 22. Lunch will be provided courtesy of the Triangle Go Group.
